YOUR INFORMATION
Privacy notice.
This explains in plain words what happens to your personal information when you use this website or get in touch. Last updated: 12 October 2026.
Who is responsible
Toni Molina, trading as Logistic Data Process, is a sole trader in Jersey and the data controller for the information described here. Toni Molina is registered with the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner (registration no. 104148) and trades under Jersey business licence no. 006521. You can reach Toni Molina through the Contact link, and a postal address is available on request.
What this website does with your information
- Nothing is sent from the forms. The enquiry form, the quote builder and the examples work inside your browser. The summary you prepare stays on your device until you choose to send it from your own email app.
- No cookies and no tracking. This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising. The quote builder and examples save nothing: reloading the page clears them.
- Technical logs. Like any website, the hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as the address of the device asking for a page and the time. They are used to keep the website secure and to find faults.
If you send an enquiry
If you send the summary or write through the Contact link, Toni Molina receives your email address and whatever you choose to write. This is used only to answer you and, if you go ahead, to agree and carry out the work. It is needed to take the steps you asked for, and it is in the interest of both sides that your question is answered properly.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive information. If access to something is ever needed, a safe way to arrange it is agreed first.
Who else sees it
Only the providers needed to run the website and email, such as the hosting and email providers. They act for Toni Molina and may store information outside Jersey. Your information is not sold and is not used for automated decisions or profiling.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months of the last message. If you become a customer, records about the work are kept for as long as needed to deliver it and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and are then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, to limit how it is used, to object to its use, or to receive it in a usable format. Use the Contact link and say what you would like. You may be asked to confirm who you are, and you will get a reply without undue delay.
If something is wrong
Please tell Toni Molina first, so it can be put right. You can also complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner at jerseyoic.org.
Changes
