IT help for small businesses in Jersey
Websites, business email, documents and simple tools, explained in plain English. You deal with one person, Toni Molina, from your first message to the finished work.
Tell me what you needNo technical knowledge needed. If you can send an email, we can work together.
English, Español, Português.
I am the person behind Logistic Data Process. When you get in touch, you talk to me, not to a call centre or a ticket number.
Most people I help are not technical, and that is fine. I explain the options in everyday language, agree the work with you before starting, and you can begin with one small task.
You can write to me in English, Spanish or Portuguese.
You do not need to know the technical name. Open the situation closest to yours.
A plain-English check of your website, web address and email, so you know where to start.
I look at your current setup and send you written findings with clear next steps. It is a practical check, not a security certification.
Your web address, the service that keeps your website online and your business email, connected and renewed.
Registering your address (such as yourbusiness.je), setting up business email and connecting everything. The address is registered in your name, and your proposal shows any yearly costs.
Lost access to your address or the account behind it? I find out what happened and explain your options. Recovery depends on who owns the address, so it cannot be guaranteed. Never send passwords.
Simple business websites, and regular care to keep them up to date.
A clear site that works on phones and computers: your services, who you are and how to contact you.
Standard: you supply the text, photos and logo. Premium: I create what is missing. Both include two rounds of changes, and your proposal lists exactly what is included.
Updates, renewal reminders and backups, so someone keeps an eye on your site. Optional, with the tasks set out in writing.
Tidier records, clear reports, website assistants and tools for jobs you repeat.
A job tracker, a tidy customer list or your figures turned into a clear report. Please do not send private records with your enquiry.
A chat box that answers common questions about your hours, prices and services, using only information you approve. It is tested with you before it goes live.
Tell me the steps you repeat and the programs you use. I check what can be simplified, and what it would cost, before you commit.
Business documents, reusable templates and materials ready to print.
Proposals, letters, quote templates, reports and forms. Written from scratch or improved from your draft, and set up so you can reuse them.

Quick answers to common questions.
No. Tell me what you want to achieve or what is not working. I explain any technical terms you need to make a decision, and why each step matters.
It is the address people type to find your website, such as example.je. Think of a shop: the address tells people where to go, and the shop is what they visit. The address needs renewing and can also be used for your business email, so it matters who controls it.
Every business is different, so every price is personalised. Tell me what you need and you receive a written quote with the work, the price and any ongoing costs. You decide whether to go ahead.
Yes. Website work includes two rounds of changes within the agreed scope. Send one list of changes per round. Extra pages, new functions or a new design are quoted separately before any work starts.
Usually not. The service works mainly by email, so you can read and reply when it suits you. If something needs clarifying, I explain exactly what is missing and why.
Your business name, what you need help with and your website address if you have one. You do not need everything ready to start. Never send passwords or payment details.
Describe it in everyday language. “I’m not sure” is a useful answer too.
The form prepares a message for you to check and send from your email app. Nothing is sent until you press Send.
